HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of $190mx per order, and Standard Shipping at $130mx. 

CAN I STILL CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at info@shopmaiia.com before 3pm.  We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Monterrey.

Standard: This method is usually delivered within 3-5 working days.

Express: Usually delivered within 1-2 working days.

If your order was placed after 2 pm it will be processed the next business day.

There can be occasional delays which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time, we're not responsible for any delays on your orders. 

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched
